Return & Refund Policy
• Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Hygiene Policy: Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken.
• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
• Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" once the product has been shipped.
